Nicole Armstrong
Nicole is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern with over 20 years of experience supporting children, women, and older adults as they navigate life’s changes and challenges. She brings a calm, compassionate presence to her work and believes that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported, especially during difficult seasons.
Throughout her career, Nicole has worked with children facing emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns, helping them, and their families, build skills, confidence, and stability. She also supports women who are managing stress, burnout, shifting roles, or major life transitions, offering a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. In her work with older adults, Nicole helps clients process the emotional and practical aspects of aging, loss, and change with dignity and care.
Nicole’s approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and down-to-earth. She focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can be themselves without judgment. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she works collaboratively with each person to find what feels helpful and meaningful to them. Nicole is especially passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
