Allison’s passion is working with adolescents, adults and their families living with emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, grief,  self-harm, and suicidality.  She partners with clients to empower them to become the best version of themselves using a trauma-informed, client-focused, and strengths-based approach.  She draws from evidenced-based practices in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Structural family Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. Allison creates a compassionate and safe space for the client to engage in the therapeutic relationship.

On a personal note, Allison is the mother of two children and enjoys reading, going to sporting events, walking on the beach, and most of all spending time with her family. She looks forward to empowering clients to recognize their individual strengths and is committed  to assisting them along their journey to garner the courage and hope to become their most authentic self and achieve a life worth living.
