Mary Beth Laburda
Mary Beth Laburda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. She is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore life's challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths.
With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Mary Beth has worked in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice, giving her extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health concerns and life transitions.
She specializes in working with individuals experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship concerns, and major life changes. She also enjoys working with late adolescents, couples, and individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. Her clinical approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to help clients develop practical tools for lasting change.
Outside of the therapy office, Mary Beth serves as the Vice President of Space Coast Pride, where she advocates for inclusion, human rights, and community connection throughout Brevard County. She believes everyone deserves to feel accepted, valued, and supported, both in therapy and within the communities where they live.
When she's not working, Mary Beth enjoys caring for her ever-growing collection of houseplants, spending time with her cat, watching true crime documentaries, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
