She firmly believes that positive change is possible for anyone who is willing to seek it, and she strives to empower her clients to overcome challenges and embrace their fullest potential.
Carrie Anne is a committed registered mental health counselor intern in the state of Florida. Her professional background encompasses providing supportive services to a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals and couples to families and groups. She customizes her therapeutic approach to suit each person's unique needs, drawing from person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Carrie Anne is dedicated to guiding clients toward growth and well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care. A proud member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), Carrie Anne is committed to ethical and empathetic practice. Her educational journey includes a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Clinical Psychology from Saint Leo University.
Outside of her clinical work, Carrie Anne finds joy in music, beach outings, traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and pets.
