Lisa likes to help clients find their purpose in life. She often works with her clients on ways to replace negative thought patterns and/or behaviors with positive ones. In the past, Lisa has worked with children in foster care, families in crisis, the homeless population, and with those who are hoping to achieve a better work life balance. Lisa also works with teenagers or adults who are going through a loss of any type, and those struggling with depression, anxiety or lack of self-esteem.
During her free time, Lisa enjoys nature, rescuing animals, meditation and lives a vegan lifestyle.
